Returns and Resolutions

Returns and Resolutions
  • Retainer Agreement: Every initial retainer payment is final and non-reimbursable, as these funds commit your slot and facilitate onboarding. Conflict Resolution: We prioritize open communication to address concerns. Contested matters are governed strictly by the language within your unique, signed professional service contract.

Schedule Changes
Respecting our mutual commitment is vital. Kindly follow the outlined cancellation steps:
  • Advance Warning: You must provide at least 48 hours of lead time to cancel or move a workshop or service. Missed Deadlines: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours of notice qualify for no refund, resulting in a total loss of the payment for that specific session or scheduled program as per our policies.
